Mark 4:8: “And other seeds fell into good soil and produced grain, growing up and increasing and yielding thirtyfold and sixtyfold and a hundredfold.”
We see our role as partnering with parents/carers and the church to nurture, love, and feed the young people; sharing the gospel of Jesus, and teaching the Bible. We believe that relationship is vital in order for this to be effective, and that’s why we try to spend as much time as possible with the young people. We ordinarily run 5 groups:
- '4:8’ is our Friday night youth group with games, musical worship and teaching.
- ‘Word Up’ is a teaching session during the main church service on Sunday mornings.
- ‘Soul Sistas’, ‘Funk Soul Brothers’ and ‘Vital’ are Bible studies that take place every other Tuesday.
This church operates a Child Protection Policy under the umbrella of CCPAS (Church Child Protection Advisory Service).
The safeguarding of all children and vulnerable adults is a priority at EPCH. To report any concerns, please contact our Safeguarding Co-ordinators directly.
Are you interested in volunteering in the children's or youth ministry? If you would like to serve in our children's or youth ministries we ask that you complete a volunteer form. Before joining a team a DBS check will need to be undertaken.
